Q 1: what is your minimum order quantity for whole of your products ?
A1: Most of the items no have MOQ requirement, you can even buy 1pc
Q 2: how about the delivery time ?
A 2: It depend on your order quantity, some items we have in stock, but some items need produce.
Q 3: Could you offer Form A or C/O ?
A3: It totally no problem. We can issue Form A and C/O as per customer's need once boat leave.
Q 4: Would you accept OEM ?
A 4: OEM. totally no problem for us. But it require bigger Q'ty than normal.
Q 5: We want to know month capacity.
A 5: 360000pcs/month

A6:Our products are popular in US,UK,Ireland,Sweden,France,South of America, Asia, many of Africa countries and so on.
Q 7: what kind of certificate you have ?
A 7: Our company already achieve ISO, and for products, we have CE, SEMKO,CB, VDE(pending) .
Q 8: what kind of payment terms can you offer ?
A 8: Normal terms of payment in international business such as T/T, Western Union, Paypal, L/C at sight
Usual way of payment for by sea goods:
30% advance ,70% balance before shipment

Q9: If we bought your products, but found quality problem, how to solve?
A9: After confirmed, if the quality problem is caused by us not for outer sector,We will compensate each piece to customer.
